Note: Screenshots are only available on profiles for software.
On the left-hand side of the screen there is a menu giving you five options. Click on “Media Library”.
Note: Depending on if your profile is a “service” profile or a “software” profile, your options may be different. Your first link may be “Product Information”.
On the “Media Library” page, you can view existing screenshots on your profile. You can remove a screenshot by clicking on the orange “x” icon next to the screenshot.
To add a screenshot, you will click on the “Add New Screenshot” button at the top right corner of the “Product Screenshot” section of the page as seen below:
From here, a menu will open up allowing you to browse your computer to select an image to upload. Click on the “Browse” button and select a file on your computer. The file must be in a .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, or .png format for it to be accepted. The file size must be less than 10MB to be accepted. Once you have selected your image, click on the orange “Submit” button as seen below.
To add a video to your profile, you will need to have a video uploaded publicly on YouTube. You will need the full URL to the video. Click on the “Update Video” button on the right-hand side in the video section as seen below:
This will open a box asking you to insert the URL of your video on YouTube. Included in the box is a sample URL. Your URL should be visually similar to the one provided in the example. Once you have inserted your URL, click on the orange “Submit” button to add the video to your profile.
Note: You can only have one video on your profile at a time. Changing the URL of the video will change the video on your profile. Removing the URL in the box will remove the video from your profile.
